Janie - Dental Hygienist
Janie has been part of the Janis Dental team for 26 years! Janie provides great care and genuinely enjoys getting to know each of her patients. She is also a self-proclaimed WaterPik fanatic! Janie is married and has two daughters, a son-in-law and two grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, working out on her Peloton and visiting her children.
Cristina - Dental Hygienist
Cristina joined our team in 2021 and always provides thorough and gentle care to every patient. She is married, has one son and a dog. She loves family games nights, bike rides and going on cruises!
Jeanette - Dental Hygienist
Jeanette graduated from dental hygiene school from college of Lake County in 2005 and has been practicing clinical hygiene ever since. She loves helping make her patients’ teeth shine, and she especially loves building a rapport with her patients. She married her high school sweetheart in 2005 and has two growing boys. When she’s not practicing hygiene, she enjoys reading, walking her rowdy dog, exercising, and watching old movies with her family.
Wendy - Dental Assistant
Wendy has been with Janis dental for 29 years! Wendy primarily works alongside Dr. Janis, but you will always find her keeping busy wherever she sees a need! Wendy is married with four kids and has six grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys boating, gardening and spending quality time with family.
Dahnel - Front Desk/Dental Assistant
Dahnel has been with Janis Dental for 17 years! She brings a lot of fun to our practice and a welcoming smile. When she is not working at the front desk, Dahnel works chairside with Dr. Janis. Dahnel is married and has three kids and three dogs. Outside of the office she loves entertaining, traveling, boating, family game nights, trying new restaurants, horticulture and cosmetology.
Dione - Dental Assistant
Dione joined Janis Dental in 2023 and has years of assisting experience! She primarily works chairside with Dr. Janis but always keeps busy helping everyone out! She is married with two daughters and has a grand dog. She enjoys family time, gardening and baking.
Emily - Office Manager
Emily joined Janis Dental in 2024 but was no stranger to Janis Dental; she grew up in our practice! She previously worked in orthodontics and management and has brought great knowledge with her to help our patients! She brings positive energy and creates a welcoming environment to everyone that calls and walks through our doors. Emily is married and has one daughter. She enjoys baking, crafting, thrifting, gardening and of course, family time!
